My name is Fanny,
professional coach and strategy consultant
I’ve have had the chance to spend over ten years supporting organizations, directors and managers in their development.
It’s been an exciting journey, working with multinationals, start-ups and agencies, both in France and abroad.
My expertise in strategy and organization became clearer, and it became obvious that people are the heart of any organisation successes.
With this idea in mind, I created the company in 2021. After enhancing my skills with new management tools and graduating as international professional coach (ICF certification), the approach became more refined, and spark was born.
